We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
30-Day “No Questions Asked” Return Policy for First-Time Buyers. If you are a “first-time buyer” of any DirectaDentalGroup Products, for any reason, are not happy with it, simply return the material within 30 days of receipt and in its original packaging to Directa Inc. (after calling 1.800.537.8765 and obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) as described below) and full credit will be issued by Directa within 30 days of receipt.
30-Day Return Policy for Repeat Buyers: If you are not a “First Time Buyer” as defined above, simply return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of the invoice date (and after obtaining an RMA, as described below), and full credit will be issued by Directa Inc within 30 days of receipt.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
All Returns to Directa USA require an RMA. Simply request an RMA from one of our customer service agents and state specifically why you want to return the product. Upon receipt of the product, it will be evaluated by Directa USA, and a credit will be issued if the product is found to be defective. Customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping product(s) back to DirectaDental USA.
Returns over 30 days from purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee for unopened products.
