Products claimed to be defective and found by us, on inspection, to be defective due to a manufacturing defect or other fault of ours will be repaired or replaced at our option according to the terms of the warranty. Repairs or parts replacements made during a warranty period do not extend the warranty beyond the original expiration date. Warranty repairs must be returned by customer, carefully packed in in their original packaging with all accessories, and are undamaged and unaltered. Devices returned should be suitably cushioned and protected against internal rattling, scuffing, and damage in transit, and should be over-packed in a corrugated shipping carton (never use paper envelopes or padded “jiffy” bags as outer packing). Failure to properly protect the product during shipping could result in the return not being accepted by us and the customer will not receive credit. Shipping charges must be prepaid (Please note: Express shipping will not be reimbursed). Unauthorized alterations, misuse, abuse or failure to follow operating instructions supplied with any given product automatically voids all warranties extended at time of sale.
